Help identifying a part
Send the machine model, part markings and clear photographs. We’ll help check the fit before you order.
What to send
A part number is a useful starting point. If you haven’t got one, a clear photograph and the machine model can help us work out what you need—without guessing from appearance alone.
Send what you know: the machine make and model, serial number or pump model, any markings on the old part, and what needs replacing.
Useful photographs: the complete part, its connections, any readable markings and the machine or pump identification plate. If you already have measurements, include them; don’t dismantle equipment just to get a photograph.
Checking a hose, gun or lance connection? Use our illustrated connection-identification guide → for the features to photograph and measurements to include.
The email button opens your email app with a checklist ready to fill in. Attach your photographs before sending. It does not upload pictures or send an enquiry automatically.
Idro’s view: two parts can look alike and still use different threads, seal sizes or revisions. We’ll help check the reference and application before you order.
